Ava, the owner is very forgetful and irresponsible. She didnt have my dress alter in time. Two years later and still no wedding pixs or video. She keeps making excuses why not ready and never returns call or has stuff ready in time. She even lost my wedding dress bag. She refuses to do refunds and I'm suing her

Worst place ever! Owner is irresponsible with no word. Very unorganized. Didn't have my dress in time and doesn't want to give me my money back that I paid in full 2 months ago. She is not the smartest tool out there. Her employees are worse than her.
