Ended up buying our car here. It was a great experience. Chris was a down to earth and no pressure salesman which really aided in the car buying experience. There were plenty of selections which he aided in navigating and stayed after his hours to help us out. A consummate professional and really friendly guy. 10/10 would recommend

I Recently purchased a car from LA Auto Exchange and had a great experience! Steven and I had been emailing back and forth about a particular car I had my eye on, although the car was not back from inspection Steven kept his word on notifying me the minute it came in. He made buying the car so easy and made sure I had all my questions answered before I signed anything. I highly recommend checking this dealership out, ask for Steven!

My experience with California Motors Direct was a great one! I seen the car I wanted on USAA Car Buying service and I went down to check the vehicle out and Chris was straight forward about everything and helped me out. I even got a hell of a better deal getting financed through them once I mentioned the deal USAA gave me. I would recommend if you go to this place I would suggest ask for Chris and he will help you out. I'm not knocking the other workers there but he was the one that helped me through the whole process

I got a call from Carlos, i explained the problem and he assigned a salesperson to take of the issue, the problem was solved and i purchased the vehicle with very little processing fee.

I want to say Luis is truly a salesman who has my gratitude, i came from the bay area on the Amtrak train, he picked me up from the station upon arrival, a lot of dealers did not want to work with me, but somehow he pulled some magic strings and got me the car i wanted at a rate i could afford with a down payment i could easily do! I must say most salesmen are sneaky and greedy but i can guarantee If you ask for Luis you will get nothing but a genuine salesman you can trust who has the knowledge to get you in the car you need and have you on your way!

We were helped by Marcos... We had a great car buying experience! By far the easiest car buying experience ever, we test drove the car. Checked the exterior and negotiated the price.. He wasn't pushy like a lot of other sales reps at other car places. He was very friendly. Over All was a great experience! And of course we went home with a new car!!
