Pulled up for Full-Service gas at Sanibel Shell gas station because I wanted oil and water checked before driving back to Orlando. Service man was very courteous and helpful. He discovered many small leaves clogging up the vents under the hood and helped me clean them out. He know to check my oil change sticker to see what kind of oil I needed for a top-off. The synthetic oil was $12.95, kind of expensive. What happened was.... we checked under the hood to see if we needed to clean out the leaves again and discovered that the Shell guy had failed to replace the oil fill cap. Miraculously, we found it on top of the radiator after driving all the way from Sanibel to Orlando (175 miles). We checked the oil and it was down a quart again. Probably thrown out the fill hole. We topped it off with a quart of synthetic from an Orlando gas station for $7.99.

Is it possible to give no stars? They don't deserve any. Go to Hess for fuel, they are less expensive. This station is on the AAA service list. Had a break down. Needed the car towed to a specialty shop in Fort Myers. They told AAA that they were busy and couldn't help. They lied. Went past the station at least 4 times that day and their tow truck never left the station. They'll tow you as long as you want to go to their station. Reported them to AAA. The only reason I will go to this station is to rent a car. They are the only game in town for that. I agree with ramlex, they are friendly, but that's it. Wouldn't trust them

I was taken advantage of since I was from out of town.Overcharged by at least $200.00 on a brake job.They seem like nice people but they will take advantage if given the oppurtunity.They will also try to sell you unneeded services.
