The one star rating is more then what should be given, to be honest.

I'm not happy what-so-ever with this unprofessional place "of business".

We were given a price, payed a deposit, and over a month into our car being there and us given the run around about parts coming in damaged, or not right, or their employees forgot to order specific parts that were CLEARLY needed to get the car back in operable condition, etc etc etc, we were told the car wouldn't be driveable on the road AND that they wanted to charge us more for parts they already replaced on the car [without allowing us to give permission to do so.. or mkaing us aware of additional parts that were needed] AND because their employee failed to write down ALL parts that were needed on the list [even after giving us our final quote] they wanted to charge us., The bid said, specifially, "car to be in operable condition/ driveable on the road". Over a month and our car was not fixed and we are now out over a thousand dollars. Not to mention, we have to pay for someone else to fix/repair what should have already been taken care of in the first place a month prior. I'm not even going to go into the communication or professionalism of the company, or should I say, lack of.

Just don't do it unless you have a real stress trollerance level.
