Our dog has gone to Willow Creek for several years. He is getting older and has recently had two ACL’s repaired and he needed a cracked tooth removed. Willow Creek performed all necessary labs and then insisted on re-running any labs with the slightest abnormality. They called multiple times after we dropped him off and brought up new issues and concerns throughout the morning. The issue has not been with charges or quality of service but with inconsistency, and the constant bombardment of new requirements after we have already dropped him off. We informed the veterinarian that once this procedure is done we would be looking for a new vet for him, and now they refuse to treat him or do the surgery. As a provider I would always treat my patient and I would not refuse care to a person or animal if they informed me that they would be looking for another provider. Willow Creek was unprofessional and unwilling to accept any criticism that would lead to improved customer relationship or patient outcome. Consider another vet office prior to going to Willow Creek.

This hospital was recommended to me by 2 friends and one stranger while walking my dog in my new neighborhood. On the day of our appointment I took my 2 year old Aussie and 4 year old daughter hoping they both would behave during the appointment. My dog was greeted by name at the door. While waiting to be seen my daughter enjoyed the foam sticker craft in their children's play area. The nurse took us into a room and asked us about the history of my dog. When my daughter started complaining that she wanted to go the nurse offered a juice box and animal crackers. I appreciated their concern for my daughter's happiness as well as my dog. The doctor came in and introduced herself to me and my daughter then sat on the floor while Cooper crawled into her lap. When it was time for the exam she asked my daughter if she would help her do the examination. They got the doctor's kit from their children's play area. Both my daughter and Cooper thoroughly enjoyed Dr. Schaller and the staff at Willow Creek Animal Hospital and highly recommend them.

Worst experience

Dr. Schaller and most of her employees are rude and have snobby attitudes. I'm not one to judge but never in my life have I received such horrible service. As I waited in the exam room I heard DR. Schaller and one of her techs who attended me whispering making rude remarks. Everyone who thinks they're nice loving people don't know them at all. My fiancé worked with them a few months back and quit because of how rude they are. I want to warn everyone to stay away from these people. They don't deserve to be in service!!

Vey caring staff! Both of my d...

Vey caring staff! Both of my dogs love taking trips to Willow Creek-whether it's for an actual check up or just to say hi when I come in to get their food or flea/heart worm treatments. All of their staff is very professional, polite, and caring. Dr. Shaller is amazing with them! She always gets down to their level and lets them get used to her before even starting the exams like she's really getting to know them. When my female dog had to have an immediate exam (which turned into immediate surgery), Dr. Shaller was very gentle with her and made sure my dog was comfortable. The dr. and the techs have always been great about explaining anything that I don't understand, always listen to what I have to say, and always answer any questions that I've had. Prices have always been given to us upfront and we sign off on the quote before any surgeries are performed. The prices have always been very reasonable! But let's face it, these are the lives of family members! You get what you pay for and we have always had excellent care at Willow Creek!

I took my dog here for all of his initial vaccinations, exams and neuter after saving him from the Shelter. First off they are expensive and are very non flexible with payments. They always try to get you to do extra things to tack on more money. You will go there for one thing and they'll try to convince you to do ten more things and they don't really listen to you. They claim to offer discounts etc. for military but I'm pretty sure that's a lie. I also felt that they were physically rough with my dog during the exams and I did not like that, especially where my dog is small and was at the time very sick. The last straw for me that has made me decide that I do not want to go back there is that in the system I noticed they have my dog listed as "Bad Dog." I don't know what that is supposed to mean, but my dog is by no means bad and I don't want anyone touching him that considers him to be bad!
