Ordered a 4 bone in Rib roast days in advance., for Xmas dinner. Paid almost 90 dollars for it, and was given a 3 bone instead. Very disappointed

They are everything a small town butcher should be with great products who pay kind attention to all who enter. Big Box Stores have NOTHING on them =)
