My husband and I rented a 2 person auger to dig post holes for our fence. The equipment operated unreliably, stopping and starting. When we returned the auger and tried to explain the problem, they accused us of trying to get a "free day". Their business hours did not allow for us to call in the problem as they were already closed. The last thing we needed was to have our integrity questioned when the reason behind turning it in late was due to their faulty equipment. We had rented equipment from them before, as well as multiple moving trucks. Needless to say they have lost a repeat customer.

We rented chairs for a wedding and several of the chairs were covered in mud and we had to have someone go to the reception location and clean the chairs. When asked about an adjustment to our bill because of this, they said they would not offer any kind of adjustment. We rented from a company in Raleigh for our other daughter's wedding and will do so again if we need a rental. Very disappointed. We tried to keep business local to help the businesses here in Sanford but did not feel we received the best service.
