If I could give 0 stars I would. We dropped a pair of seadoos off at Jims a month ago. I could've went to DTs who only had a 2 week wait but I decided to use Jims where the wait was 2-3 weeks because it was cheaper. Big mistake! Not only did it take 4 weeks for them to look at the seadoos but when they finally did they didn't even have the equipment to diagnose either one of them! They had two different types of motors and he didn't have the tools for one nor the computer for the other. Don't advertise yourself as a Seadoo service center and tell people you can help them if you're not even capable of diagnosing. He was very rude on the phone. You think he would say "I'm sorry we kept your jetskis for a month for absolutely nothing but..." Instead he said "go to DTs they have a two week wait" and when I said how upsetting it was he rudely said "well come pick them up then" and hung up on me. I've never been treated so poorly by the owner of a business. No wonder everyone goes to DTs!
