Kim, Just want to start by saying thank you for the professionalism and accuracy for the entire process. You started by doing a video of the car walk around while we were outside the state, then kept up conversation with me throughout. Once I got to your dealer location it was a breeze. Like I mentioned before as a service member moving locations it’s always great to have someone to make any situation less stressful! You are absolutely amazing and I will be referring others your way!

This car lot is amazing. They helped me from the time I stepped on the premises. I left with a vehicle of my choice, I was not forced to get something I did not want, and they were glad to help me car shop. No hidden figures, Thanks guys

Beware of this dealership!!!! I should have read the comments before I purchased a car from them. They are typical used car dealers. They do the bare minimum to the car just to get it to past state's inspection before putting it on their lot. They got me, I admit : ( I purchase a car for my daughter so she can go to college and work. Mr. Dale was a good talker in getting on my good side. The day after I bought it, I had to take it to a mechanic because the check engine light came on. That cost me $750. She drove it a week and the light came on again. That cost me another $750. Now keep in mind I paid $4400 for the car. Only had the car for 2 months, my daughter told me the car started over heating. We found out it had a blown head gasket so we had to pay $2000 for another engine. Unless you want to throw away your money, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A CAR from JT Automart, period!!!!! If you do, read all the paperwork. They cover their tracks really well.

BUYER BEWARE is true when it comes to JT Auto Mart out on 3132 Jefferson Davis Highway, Sanford, NC 27332, They are operating an auto mill, erased check engine lights, clean them up and fraudulent pass NC "Inspection" . Be weary when buying from them, better yet don't, stop to buy from them. Just do a google look-up and you will be shock, I wish had before I felt into their claws.
