Ok this is bad, but my husband actually has this restaurant on his My Faves on his phone! And when he calls to make an order, the lady (Ms. Sophia by the way) recoginizes his voice right away and already knows his order. Terrible isn't it? LOL



I love the atmosphere inthis restaurant. Many chinese restaurants tend to americanize the place to cater to what the customers expect. I love the detailed artwork, even the imported ceiling tiles that I stare at every time I'm waiting on my order. I love to see people being true to their heritage.



Now the food..... yum. What other word can describe it? Just yum! I love that the owners are so great with me when I ask 10 million questions about what each dish is composed of and how its prepared.



I also love how considerate they are. I have had gastric surgery and have had such difficulties eating many types of food. When I went on there one time to order for my husband, Ms. Sophia asked me what I can eat and how it should be prepared for me to be able to eat it. And they created a dish just for me! How sweet and considerate!



I loved that they took the time to know a customer's needs and met them. That is how you create long time customer loyalty. It's just good business!
