I usually don’t post about bad experiences but this was by far the worst I’ve ever had. I’m a pretty understanding person but the treatment and excuses I got were ridiculous. I went in to go BLONDE. I asked however she could do it, to do it. I knew going in, it wouldn’t be the perfect blonde because I was red before hand. I was told and agreed to a balayage. I had gotten them in the past from different salons and they always turned out great. I also asked for layers, and cut to help frame my face. Which I have ALWAYS asked whenever getting a hair cut. I ended up leaving with a very choppy, bad haircut that I can do nothing with. Except wait until it grows and put it up to hide the bad cut. I left getting bad, stripey and unblended highlights. I have NEVER wanted or asked for highlights. The hairstylist has had plenty of experience and been in the field for over 20 years. As I saw my hair more at home, I had realized how bad it was. Due to personal reasons, I tried to like it and be nice and stay quiet. My hair was so awful and 130$ out of my pocket for something I hated. I went back and told the stylist, and we scheduled to fix it. When going back today, my experience was awful! She was very rude and continued to give me HIGHLIGHTS that I never wanted. I clarified in the beginning of today’s service that I did not like nor want the highlights. I was expecting a BALAYAGE. She continued to patronize me about my opinions and for telling my PERSONAL friends that I was not happy with the hair. Up until today I had tried to be understanding and nice but SPENDING $130 and getting THIS... (first time, left) (second time “fix”, right) and then being treated rudely is NOT OKAY! If a hairstylist is not able to do what the client asks, that should be said instead of trying and messing up someone’s hair.

It took a while but I have finally found a place that I will continue going back too! Rae did a fabulous job on my hair and the atmosphere was so relaxing. Rae was super nice!! I felt very welcome, and having privacy while getting my hair done was wonderful. Thanks again for the great job and working me in!
