Absolutely the best BBQ meat I've ever tasted. Doesn't even need sauce, but his sauces are great too. You will not be disappointed. This is a man who truly cares, and prepares food from the heart, and takes his time. You can't rush perfection! Stop by and support your local businessman, and satisfy your craving for great BBQ.

Now, for the side dishes, I ony tried the Macaroni and Cheese, baked beans, and cole slaw.

I am very picky about my mac and cheese, and wavey's is excellent, but could use a little "zing." May I recommend a touch of jalapeno to liven it up!

The baked beans were excessively heavy on both brown sugar and cinnamon. I don't think that cinnamon belongs on baked beans at all. Brown sugar is good on baked beans, but sparingly, and I thought that the beans could have used some sauteed onions. (but of course, you can add your own "supplements").

The cole slaw had good flavor, but was so "soupy." It needed straining, which I did, then it was much more palatable.
