I had my bike in for a minor repair at Seminole Harley Davidson but their service department SUCKS!! After having my bike for four days they never even put it on the lift or even have a service tech evaluate the problem. In case you're wondering... the problem was that the rear tire wasn't holding air. Their service advisor was always rude and didn't seem to ever know what was going on. So I called AAA and had them tow my bike to Orlando Harley where it was repaired the same day. Bottom line is to NOT take your bike in for service at Seminole Harley!

My Son -in -law bought bike from you...it is the worst lemon anyone could buy...so sad....

everything is breaking down...repairs are impossible to pay for...and pay bike...sick of this...what does it take to get rid of this lemon...

You should be ashamed ...selling this thing to him...sad...a minus star for this place....

Kevin Morse was our salesman and he was right on the ball. He made our experience so much fun and welcoming. We would treated like one of the family. This is not my first purchase at Seminole HD and probably will not be my last. I live less than 5 miles from Destination Daytona and still chose to work with Seminole. If you want a great deal call Kevin he will work with you and it will be fun the whole time. PS Thanks for the snacks

Great selection, all the right sales pitch... signed the papers... and then it ends!!!

No returned phone calls, unwilling to answer questions, rude to me when I finally went back to the dealership to ask my questions. I feel un-welcome and like I am a bother to them. I was completely ignored by my sales person and told he was too busy right now.

After many miles and as many phone calls I found the best place to buy a new ride is Seminole. I am on my third Ultra and I can honestly say they are a very well balanced Harley Dealer, with Chris running the show in sales and Tim that helped me find my new ride to Nick in service and Fred doing whatever the hell Fred does. They have one thing in common they all care about the customer more than anything else. I won't mention the thousands I saved but if you are in the market try these guys first.

Stay away! Once sell is made they could care less. Never been treated so rudely. Been to 39 Harley dealers and 38 treated me as if I bought from them. Fixing to spend a few thousand dollars on upgrades and geta 10% discount from them but will pay more not to deal with them.

I purchased a new harley from them in June of this year. I had a minor accident (under 15mph) and it had to come in for fixing (insurance claim). It needed a few new things, not once did Seminole Harley ever call me to let me know whats going on, I had to call them. It was in there over a month and I never once got a call, I had to call them to get status. I had to contact Geico to get answers from them and now September the bike still is not correct. It has 400 miles on it, the handle bars are cockeyed, it goes 10-15 mph in 1st gear with no throttle applied and my cable connections are wiggly loose on the throttle and brake. I get "thats normal" from service and seems to be blown off every time I ask them to fix it. Cost was never an issue, even time was never an issue. I will never service or return my bike here for any matter ever again nor will I ever by another bike from Seminole Harley. I am taking it to a real shop who knows what the hell they are doing and gives a crap about the customer for a change.

1 Poor Service is a disgruntled Former Hog member. I don't believe they bought 3 Harley's From Seminole Harley, maybe 1. Don't believe what they are saying , Seminole Harley is a wonderful dealership that helps to support local fund raising and have always helped the local Hog Club

Very very helpful with trying to find a part for our 1972 Shovelhead. Part person gave several numbers to different establishments that could possibly have the part. WE found one before leaving the store!! Thank you Thank you!
