This was by far the worse experience I have ever had in purchasing a mattress. Not only did they not deliver on the day promised, they didn't even bother to call. Then I was promised to be the first delivery on the next day. Needless to say that didn't happen either. Then their exchange policy. ... I notified them of the desire to exchange the matress since you can't get a refund. This time they delivered the wrong items. When I notified the store I was told they would make the correction. Well they did exchange the foundation, but in all the confusion with the not showing up, showing up later than I was told, I realized later they had delivered the wrong matress as well. When I called to get the matress I ordered and paid for I was told I already had my exchange. I explained that I just wanted what I paid for. For almost a month I have been calling and being told someone would call me back. But I never got a return call. I called so often they sometimes would not answer the phone. I verified this b by calling from someone else's phone and they answered immediately. Save yourself some stress and aggravation and shop for your mattress some place else. And besides I paid way too much for this and now I'll have to figure out how to get rid of this and get something else. I think they did this delivery mix up in order to frustrate me so they could dump the matress they want rather than the one you actually pay for

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE! Please go spend your hard earned money else where. The customer service here is terrible. The man that works at this location is very arrogant and rude. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Unlike what the previous review which is based on visual assumption, the owner of the silver challenger named Dominick is a true salesman. I went one Saturday and he had about 6 customers. So to say that the store isn't busy is just speculative especially if you just drive by it and not happen to step inside. Dominick was able to handle all the customers with true professionalism and politeness. He gave me so much info about all the beds that I inquired and let me make my decision without any pressure unlike other stores I've visited. I ordered the bed and had it delivered the following Monday with the delivery drivers showing great care and customer service skills. Later, Dominick called to ensure everything went well with my delivery, he showed me he truly cared and customer service is his priority. I recommend Mattress store for anyone needing a mattress without the hassle of shrewd salesmen. I love my bed and I will always go to Dominick for future purchases. Thank you Mattress one!

i pass this store every day. there is never any customers. there is a silver challenger in the lot everyday. never any other cars. there is atleast 5 other mattress stores within a 1 mile radius. HOW DOES MATTRESS ONE STAY OPEN???????? I THINK IT IS JUST A WAY TO LAUNDER MONEY. I DO NOT BELIEVE THEY ARE A LEGITIMATE MATTRESS STORE. I SURE WOULD LIKE TO CUT OPEN A FEW MATTRESSES AND SEE WHAT I FIND. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. ATLEAST NOT MATTRESSES!!!!!!
