We needed to replace an old well with a new deep well (Complete System) at one of our rental property. After talking to three companies and getting three different estimates, we decided to go with Dick Joyce Wells based on the Angie’s List A= rating & our personal research with friends and business associates. We are so glad we choose Joyce Wells! They were prompt and provided us with the “Best Price & Incredible Service”…let’s hope durable product too! The whole process, from the initial visit to the final day of completion was smooth and professionally done. Everyone in the company is trained in their job and very courteous with customer. They delivered, what they promised in writing on the estimate…no hidden fees or extra charges. James explained everything over the phone and Technician Ryan was excellent explaining the total installation process on site with good tips about maintenance. Dick Joyce Wells have been around for a long-time and helping Central Florida with good standing.

Dick Joyce is definitly the way to go. Don't be taken in by these "fly by night" back yard companys that can leave you with nothing but a promise. Dick Joyce Well Drilling has been around for 35 years and they have a reputation that is "Top Notch." I was happily referred to them and both my wife and myself are so happy with the quality of work this company did. This company really cares about their customers. They can and will handle your job in a competent and professional manner. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

We had a well installed by Dick Joyce and have never had any problems with the system or their service. Highly recommended :)

I do NOT recommend Dick Joyce Well Drilling. Last Thursday we called to have someone come out and look at our water. The water had turned a brownish/black color overnight. An unfriendly and uneducated man came out and stated we needed two pistons and a timer replaced. He replaced the parts and charged us $300.00 and left. We called the company back and informed them our water was getting worse. No one came back out until the next Monday. We were without consumable water 4 days before they arrived back out our home. *pregnant wife and 3 yr. old daughter at home*On Monday another man arrived and stated the previous man did not plug in the new timer. He changed a few things and left. We called again on Tuesday, no change in our water. We requested a call back from the management who was in Key West on vacation. We were promised a call and no one called. We called back and were told it would be at least two more days until anyone could come back to the home. NO WATER ON DAY #7
