Management their is horrible (some woman with blonde hair) who has a horrible attitude and the owner isn't any better. They both fit like two peas in a pod. I'll also include that not everything works properly in the tunnel for your car. So incase you purchase a big package you really wont get your moneys worth. Bad experience I've been their twice and not going back.

Bad service employee stole a item from car which also had receipt with my info in it they didn't really bother looking in the dumpster for it. Had to file a police report.

These folks do a really good job. I've been taking my car there for about a year and a half now. I was only after using a coupon for a free car wash @ Bill's Car Wash right up the road from them that I realized how good they are. Bill's was a horrible, horrible experience and I won't go back, not even for free! Car Wash Palace has always served me well and as long as I live in the Sanford area I will continue to use them.
