We have been using Bob with B& C Pest control for over 20 years and have always been 100% satisfied. We went from a monthly smelly service that killed nothing and made us all sick (tried three different ones-same results) to an annual visit with no smell and only dead bugs. Bob is retiring and has spent the last 9-10 months training the new owner, Gary, to do it the "right way" translation "Bob's way". We agree. In over 20 years we have only had to call twice because we got an unusual bug invasion, both times due to hurricanes and Bob came right out and fixed the problem, no additional charge. Convenient, cost effective, like having a relative in the business. We really like Gary and feel comfortable that the quality and service will remain unchanged. Leave those high priced name brand companies and go with someone who gets the job done!
