We just had the best meal I can remember ever having. I had the elk, my wife had the snapper. We shared cheesecake for dessert.

The house salads and all the numerous sides were absolutely delicious. The elk and fish were beyond wonderful. The presentation was exceptional.

The service was perfect - attentive without hovering. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about all the dishes, able to provide all relevant detail.

I would recommend Tiburon very highly.

I have eaten at many fine dining restaurants. Consistently, Tiberon overall provides the best value and experience. Whenever my husband and I take our friends there, they leave having had a great time and mostly just impressed with how much they enjoyed the amazing food, fantastic presentation, very warm and professional service, fun atmosphere etc. Definetely our favorite!!!
