They don't keep their word to customers.

I bought a pair of Oakleys at the SunStop in Logan Utah. When I bought them they said that I could exchange them within ten days if I wasn't satisfied. Actually, the salesperson at the counter was very helpful and polite. I decided to exchange them three days later and upgrade to a more expensive pair. Although they wrote down all my personal information on the computer when I bought the glasses, they claimed that they can't help me unless I have a reciept. Again, the salesperson was very professional and wanted to help, she even called the manager, but the manager refused to exchange them. So now I'm stuck with a hundred dollar pair of sunglasses that don't keep the wind out of my eyes when I ride my motorcycle. They could have looked up the transaction on the computer in 30 seconds if they had the integrity to do so. These people are all about the bottom line.

I pointed out the fact that the transaction on the computer is my reciept, but they refused to consider an exchange without one. Not only is this poor customer service, it's also fraudulent. I will never deal with this company again and believe me, I'm spreading the word.
