This place is a absolute joke! I would not let them pay me to bring an electronic here. Main guy comes out when I came to ask if they could help with a unit, due to me being referred from another electronic repair shop. He starts ranting on me for trying to let him know what could be wrong. I end up having to stop his rant and educated him on having some kind of customer service skills. He tells me well your not a customer. WOW! If you are thinking of having a repair done here I would think twice, I can only imagine how that would go. But since I am "not a customer" what do I know.

Wow these guys were great, after calling several other repair shops and getting the run around Pro Tech was absolutely different. They knew what I was asking gave straight forward answers. When I dropped my Sub off they were professional and polite. Gave me a good idea what it was going to cost and had the repair done in only two days!!! To top it off the cost was less than expected, I would never consider taking anything I own anywhere else!!!

Horrible Company. Never returned phone calls to report status or findings of the product. Then all of the sudden got a phone call from the owner saying we are going to dispose of the receiver. Avoid this place take it anywhere else.
