Do not use this company!!! I had the two owners of this cleaning service out to my house and paid them a very hefty price and they didn't clean anything!!! The floors were hit and miss, the shower in the basement was untouched and there was ZERO dusting done. They cleaned for 3 hours and then when I returned they claimed they had a family emergency they had to get to, so they couldn't finish. When I told them I didn't want to pay them the full price until the home was cleaned properly, they said they really needed the money. They promised they would come back and finish the cleaning job. They made me feel insensitive for not being understanding of their "family emergency" So I felt bad and paid them and they left. I tried calling them numerous times and left message after message as did my husband. They wouldn't even return my phone call. They are very untrustworthy. I have used daisymaids and Molly maids and while both of them are so much better then Happy house cleaning, I love Molly maid!!! They are less expensive and they are amazing! And they walk through the entire house with you and touch up anything and everything you want. Call Molly maid and ask for Reina!! She is the best!! Do NOT waste your money on Happy House Cleaning. They are shady.
