I'm only writing this review because I have an issue with the way whoever was driving this company's gray/black truck about 9am this morning through the intersection at 75th and State. I was the woman in the maroon suv that you ran the light in front of. No, not just ran the light. You stopped, then decided it was more important for you to run the red light while I was executing my left turn through my green so you could hurry to the next intersection. No, you didn't hit me, but that's not the point. You intentionally ran a red light while I was proceeding though it with my 5 month old son in the back seat. It's stuff like that, that kills people. I'm writing this review because when I called police dispatch about your driving, they said there was nothing they could do about without seeing it.

A year ago they "upgraded" our automatic gate system and since then we have nothing but trouble with it. They came out many times to "fix" it but issues still remain (phantom opening, one side opens the other doesn't, just to name a few). Last two times I have called them they say they will come and try to troubleshoot it but they haven't shown up! I think they created such a complicated system "they" can't even figure out what is going on with it! Very disappointed!

We have used them more than once. First was from bumping the door while backing in which caused the door to jam. They came out quickly and solved the problem. Then a few years later we have used them as we have an older door and parts have worn out and broken. Each time they were quick to respond and treated us great and very reasonable on quotes and pricing. They are great to answer any questions you may have to help problem solve before they even come out. We highly recommend them for their experience and customer service.

I called three other companies to come out and try to fix my gate operator. One never showed up, and the other two didn't appear to no how. Finally, I was referred by several fence companies to call Buchanan Access. They came out the next morning, and after only 13 minutes, found the problem, had the needed equipment with them and fixed the problem. The gate operator now works better then it ever did. They also modified the install because the company that I had put it in, did it wrong in the first place. Buchanan Access really knows what they are doing, and can run circles around the other "yahoos" that I have tried. Give them a call, they treated me right!!!
