brand new laptop, perfect condition, its a laptop and it turns into a tablet also so its touch screen, come with 2 chargers and case for it , $300 OBO

Alpine Electronics was great! I called in the morning, on a Friday and asked how long it would take to fix my TV. They said it would probably take until Monday to look at. There was a $49 “Bench Fee” which would go toward the repair. I wasn't really sure about that, but took it in anyway.



When I got there, I asked how much the repair would cost. The man at the front desk said he did not know for sure, but the average cost for a TV that size was about $200-$250. I paid the $49 bench fee and left the TV there, as it would cost a lot more than that to replace.



I got a call around 5 p.m., still on Friday, letting me know my TV was DONE! The total cost was only $175 because they were able to rebuild the board instead of replacing it.



Overall, they exceeded all of my expectations. The TV was repaired in 1 day, when they said it would take at least 3 to even look at it, and it was under what they originally thought the cost would be. Very professional and honest!

My experience with Alpine Electronics was very positve. I had a laptop that would not turn on at all. When I went in I was told that it could be a number of different things, one being the DC jack, another the power supply, or possibly the mainboard. The guys there let me know that there would be a $35 dollar bench fee to test the laptop and find out which of those problems it would be. They then gave me a ballpark estimate for each issue. Before I even paid the deposit, one of the employees tested the power supply and told me it was not the problem. I paid the $35 and left.



Later that day I received a call from the shop. They told me that they had disassembled the thing, and checked the motherboard which was not the problem, but the DC jack (which is apparently attached to it) was. They gave me a firm estimate that was in the range of the ballpark estimate they gave me when I dropped off.



When I asked if they could also stop the pop ups and generally annoying things that it was doing before the power issue, they said yes, and let me know that it would be an added cost. When I checked around, it was way less than any other computer shop I called. Maybe that was because I was having 2 repairs done. I authorized both repairs and picked up my laptop the next day.



Very competent, friendly techs. Excellent service and turn around time.

Took my TV into them and within a few hours of dropping it off they called me back with a estimate of repair. A few hours later they called me back telling me I was fixed. I am surprised by their fast service and will definitely use them in the future!

I will post my negative experience regarding this "outfit" to as many places as possible.



I cam hear when I was 16 and came back when I was 30 (two days ago). I had I realized it was the same place I would never have come back.



Quick, the owner, so shady. Here's why. I brought my TV in and paid $35 for a diagnostic fee, which would go towards the repair if I decide to do it. They tell me it's the Logic Board, which will cost me $350 for parts and labor. I called another place right after that news and the repair and part was only $189 (includes all labor). I tell them I will not do it and play the "dumb customer" - saying I can't afford it. MOSTLY, because it just felt "scammy." I go to pick up my TV and the owner goes. Well, some time it isn't worth fixing it, do I want to sell the TV to him. For how much? He'll give me $35 bucks back. It's a 60 LG plasma. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. Let me ask, do you even care for your customers? because, that's how you're going to survive. People like me are passionate about good service and trust. This will go a long way for you to make more money than making a quick SCAM. I will never go back. Instead, I went to Village TV in Taylorsville. GREAT GUY. He even told me a lot of his customers end up coming to him and telling him their horror stories with everyone else, you can only GUESS - who they said they just came from. OH, and beware -- I've heard from other people that parts became "missing" all of a sudden when they decided to continue their repair with Alpine.
