Oct 2017 Do not deal with Eddie Gibbs cesspool service. He would not return calls. Accepted a job then dragged on and on saying that he could not get in contact with board of health agent. I called health agent and he said Eddie Gibbs had not contacted him or left any messages for him. So Gibbs lied to me. I called Gibbs on a Wednesday and he picked up to tell me a dig would happen the next Tuesday and he would verify calling me. No call Thursday no call Friday. MondayI called board of health to verify dig to find out that Gibbs lied to me and no Tuesday dig was scheduled. DO NOT DEAL WITH EDDIE GIBBS!!! I had to give it one star to post but Eddie Gibbs does not even deserve any stars

Arrived on time and the job was professionally completed. Even the hole dug to find the hatch was done with great precision. So much in fact that you could hardly tell where the hole was made. I would recommend them to anyone.

Eddie and his crew are the best...trust me..I own seven cottages and Eddie has never failed me...he is prompt, reliable and friendly. He creates an enjoyable experience in a job that I would assume is less than enjoyable. I strongly recommend him to anyone in need of septic work. Maureen
