This is the best Gracie Jiu-Jitsu school in the area. If you want to compete in Jiu-Jitsu or MMA Mark is definitely the man to train with. He trains directly with the Gracie family so you know he's teaching you the real stuff, he's not just some Karate instructor that watched a few Jiu-Jitsu tapes and decided to start a class. These days with everybody trying to jump on the Jiu-Jitsu bandwagon because they figure thats where the money is it's good to find someone who really believes in the art.
