The WORST cleaner I ever used. They practically ruined my tie. After four tries, my tie got discolored, wrinkled, and worn. And still no proper apology. I'm not a regular customer here, and he even ridiculed me about that.



Terrible dry cleaning job. Totally disqualifed employee. And the owner has no respect to customer at all.



I usually don't write a review, but I feel it's necessary to let my neighbors know. It's a shame in my neighborhood that this place is still in business.

The first and last time for this dry cleaning place. Poor customer service or even worst does not know how to communicate. They did not meet their commitment and did not even bother to call. I showed up to pick up my dress and was told that they needed more time to remove the stain. They could not tell me when it would be ready. After many phone calls a week and a day later and with my insistent they returned my unremovable stain dress. The owner Scott never returned my call and his wife never apologize. She offered a discount but I didn't even think I should have even paid for it. I told her I was "unhappy" and she responded that she was not happy either while tearing up the receipt infront of my face.
