Don't go to this place. They are terrible. I had a very bad experience with them. I called them on the phone at 6:30Pm and they told me that they were open until 8Pm and that they have three hair stylist waiting to serve me come on down they said. I told them I was coming by bus, and they said thats ok we'll be here. I got there under 30 minutes after I hung up the phone just as they were closing early. They told me in person that they hadn't had a single customer in the past few hours so they were closing up early. I said that would have been good information to give me over the phone so I wouldn't waste money on the bus trying to get there and that I was never going to return. This hair cut was for an interview and I was turned away!!! I'd give them no stars for the're effort if I could!

I asked for one inch off, just ONE inch & she cut off 2.5!! This isn't the first time it happened too! I absolutely do NOT ever want to go there again. The receptionist is mean too! She's snobby and rude!!
