Purchased a Sonata back in Sept and I traded my Honda in, I took Hanlees over 3 months to pay off the trade in and now I have a late payment on my credit report!!!! I've called to get this resolved and no ever get's back to me after leaving numerous messages for and I had to constantly remind then that they have not paid off the trade in for 3 months!!!! They also put 8 hard inquiries on my credit report when attempting to finance me. This company is all about MONEY and could care less about their Customers. If you plan on buying a car just be aware that they will go through numerous finance companies and ding your credit and they could care less if your credit report if affected. I will never purchase another vehicle from them and I will never recommend anyone to do Business with such an unorganized company!!!!
