their about $$$ not customers.got poor results.lady in accounts very rude!

left my well worse than it was! would not recomend them! overcharged me for a job that left me without water

they messed my well up. would not fix there screwup, and still demand payment. FOR WHAT?

they came to my place to fix my well . i had told them that i had a hole in my pipe maybe because my well ran non stop.i was at work when they ?? repaired my well. when i got home i had no water. called them and left a message, then i called them the next day and told them that the pipe had parted cause i could hear the water running in the well but not producing water above ground. they refused to come back out to look at the well unless i had a credit card which i didn't. so i had to call another well company to come out.. after being without water for almost a week the other well company pulled my well and sure enough the pipe was parted in the well. they told me that awalt [aqua eng.] had most likely over tightened the pipe to cause it to split and part.as they pulled the pipe from the well it all came up dry?? bad check valve.. they replace the check valve and repaired my well. and charged me $500. awalt is charging me $800. for whatever they did. they said they replaced a couple of cracked plastic pipe collers, and must have forgot to check the check valve, so even if they would have fixed the pipe my well would have kept turning on and off constantly with a bad check valve. well anywaysafter my well was finally fixed i called aqua eng. and tryied to explain what had happenned, since they would not come out and see for themselves.. i asked if they could make an adjustment on the invoice wanting to pay for their time not their work. theydon't want to discuss it they just want their $$$$. now i've always thought those awalt boys were good people if i get the chance to talk to them personelly i'm hoping it will be a diferent outcome.if so i wil surely edit this review!!!
