Great move in experience!

This place is great, safe and secure ! A major improvement from where I was storing my stuff before ! I got broken into and ripped off twice at the old location (Public Storage 2250 Delaware SM), don't store there, store here and sleep good at night ! Tyler and Barry are awesome, great customer service, unlike the last place that I stored at !

We have stored our things here for the past two years and have zero complaints. The building has a sensible floorplan so access to any unit is straightforward. The corridors are well-lit and the grounds (including building interior) are meticulously maintained. Moving carts are always available and kept in perfect shape, which goes to show how well management takes care of the facility and how courteous the tenants are in general. Barry, Tyler, and Linda are always courteous and prompt to address any questions. The storage experience here truly feels a league above other places we've tried!

I just rented a storage space here. My review is about the customer service. Everyone I spoke with there (Barry, Tyler, and Linda) were honest, courteous and followed up on my needs. They really did go above and beyond. Sometimes people may think storage is just a place to store your things, but knowing that you can trust the people running the storage facility is just as important because you never know when you need something and dependability is essential!

This is my favorite storage center. Excellent customer service! Clean property, very secure and everything you need to move and store your items. The office staff is definitely top tier!

Barry and Tyler are amazing and very helpful. The only complaint I have is that it gets incredibly hot on the third floor and I wish they had some sort of A/C system in the building. Other than that I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit.

I want to Thank Barry, Tyler and Linda for all their support and service assisting and helping us with maintaining our storage facility and keeping it safe. We have been with this facility for over 5 years and will continue to utilize their facility because of their professional service and support. We highly recommend this facility to anyone who is seeking a safe, secure and clean storage.

During last 24 years as a customer here I've seen a lot of managers and personnel most very nice but none compare to level of service that Barry & Tyler provide. Since they've taken over managing the facility they have done an excellent job with the property. Their level of professionalism, attention to detail and their courteous and consistent demeanor is top shelf. Linda is also very friendly and helpful when I interact with her as well. I am very appreciative and grateful for all the help and professionalism thru the years.

I have rented with this Security Storage location for a little over a year and they are always very helpful and polite. I highly recommend this location. Everything is always clean and there is a light in my storage unit which is not always the case in other places I have rented from.

I choose this Storage is close to my Old Apartment Burlingame.. When I check in..Barry and Tyler always have welcome Smile at there Face. Storage Overall was Super Clean.

I had a great experience renting from them. I rented a 5' x 10' space with a great rate. Barry, Tyler and Linda have been helpful at all times. They keep the place clean and safe. I strongly recommend renting from them.

We have been with Security Public Storage in San Mateo for over 5 years, and the facility is extremely well maintained and managed by a professional staff. They're courteous, easy to work with and extremely helpful. In comparison to other storage facilities we have used, this has been the best for us. If anyone is looking for a secure, well kept and managed storage facility, we highly recommend this Storage Facility with easy access.

This place is pretty good. It's very clean, lovely that 2 people live on site to prevent crime. The only thing I would say could be improved is that there may be a reason why they either need your key or they need to break your lock (for upgrading the storage facility). Some people may not be comfortable with that, so just letting everyone know. Otherwise, nice place and good service / communication.

This is the third storage facility I’ve used and it far and away better than the others! I’ve used Public Storage previously and they’re no match. Barry & Tyler keep the place immaculate. Not only is it clean, it’s actually pretty! They plant flowers and maintain the grounds beautifully! A far cry from my previous experiences where there is garbage both inside and outside the building. I forgot one of the best parts! THE CARTS!! There are ALWAYS carts available! This saves me space in my car because I’m not also lugging around a dolly. This is truly the friendliest, cleanest, nicest storage facility I’ve come across.

I’ve had a storage unit here since 1992. It’s always clean and tidy and the managers are very helpful. I recommend this facility for anyone that has a need for storage.

They lost a star. They recently replaced the doors to the storage units. I went in to my space to get luggage for a trip. I found that the workers had thrown them all in the back of my pile. I went to the office to complain and I asked to get a credit on my account for my troubles. The ladies in the office just laughed at me. Not cool.

After experiencing the bait and switch sales tactics of a few nearby competitors, visiting Barry and Tyler's business was an absolute pleasure. The clean and professional website, office, and facility might lead you to believe this is a large corporate operation, but the incredible service is a reminder that this is a family operated business. The move-in process was seamless, and I look forward to being a customer for years to come.
