So I used book renter for one of my college books. I paid for extra shipping 2day. However they used Fedex and my book was mis-delivered. The customer service that I reached at Bookrenter, was awful. Not understanding at all! Not helpful at all! Refused to allow me to speak with a manager! Very poor way to do service! I will not be using Bookrenter for any of my other book needs!
