From a small rented office space in Daly City, CA with 1 display case, shelf, table, phone & fax, a row of numerous books, magazine, reference materials, catalogues, manuals not to mention accessories, wheels, exhaust systems for both old school Japanese and European cars all cramped in the same space leaving enough room for Philip and at least 2 customers to browse around. Sales and inquiries have grown through the years, a bigger more spacious office and display area was needed to keep up with the demand for high performance upgrades as well as OE parts for the more conservative customer, and a service installation bay was added. After years in South San Francisco, another 10 years in Daly city Auto Plus Sportzentrium headed by Philip Sy with his team of mechanics and sales personnel moved to San Mateo, California. (Burlingame area) this time with (5) service bays! A big change from a square ft. office space. The aftermarket industry has evolved from walk in customers, orders from catalogue and magazines to the presently popular internet business. Though prices are now very competitive against internet sellers, the draw back in this is not being able to see the actual product in person and discuss technical issues with the seller especially in dealing with factory defects, warranty and fitment problems. WE PRIDE OURSELVES in offering quality services in hi-performance upgrade and tuning as well as complete maintenance schedule according to factory specs. Being a current member of SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association), we keep track and update ourselves with the latest trends in the aftermarket industry. With everyone looking for ways to save money, we realize that the customer does whatever he can to keep their cars running without breaking the bank.
