Provided by YP.comI've told all my friends and co-workers Cavenders is the place NOT to go to if your looking for any kind of good customer service. I've been there twice on two seperate occasions and on both visits recieved the horrible customer service and on this occasion I was trying to purchase a good hat. If you want good service purchasing boots, hat or whatever spend a little extra cash and drive down to San Antonio or Austin. It may cost a little more but at least you won't have employees turning their backs on you.
