I took my dress shirts to this cleaner for months and the last two shirts I took, they ripped both of them. Funny thing is I know it wasn't me because the rips were in exactly two different places on both of the shirts on both sleeves. They tried to tell me the rips was already there when I brought the shirt(s) in. If the rips were already there, then they had ripped it last time I brought that shirt in to them to clean. One of the workers in the facility is not handling the shirts properly and is ripping the shirt sleeves in the exact places. Beware of this cleaner; I would NOT trust them ever again. Besides, they're a bit on the expensive side. NOT WORTH IT!!!
