I have boarded my dog here on several occasions.This most recent visit was terrible. When I picked up my dog he had red, raw areas on BOTH sides of his face. I was told that he had been repeatedly scratching his face on the fence. I took him to the vet to be checked. It was stated that he was most likely bored &had nothing to do but focus on scratching. One side of his face was severely bruised from repeated injury. After I took him to the vet, I called Petville to let them know what was said. I was treated so rudely by the employee. She even hung up on me when I asked for her name. I later spoke to the owner, who did end up giving me a partial refund to help pay for the $400 vet bill incurred. She asked if she could call back in a couple of days to check on my dog. Still waiting on that phone call, 18 days later.Bottom line, had actions been taken in an appropriate manner, his health would've been protected rather than compromised. Instead, he was severely neglected by Petville.

Our dogs love to go to this kennel. They are happy when we pick them up and are clean and well cared for while they stay. We love this home away from home and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good caregiver for their pets.
