I called 2 weeks ago on a Saturday to report a slow drain in kitchen sink. I was added to the schedule and service performed before noon to our satisfaction. There were several issues with the credit card that were quickly cleared up. I am going to be a repeat customer.

SO WONDERFUL! If i could give more stars i would. Came out w/ in 2 hours of calling for a Saturday slightly emergency job (One toilet and the only shower broke!!) Helped answer lots of questions of ours, and Kevin (i believe) worked SO hard and made sure he got the parts quick and got it all done on a saturday!! went above and beyond to get the right parts (i think their in house store was closed and he drove all around town to get it that day, so we didn't have to wait till monday!!) --was NOT an "hourly" job to the customer!!! Was by-the-job rate to customer, They wanted to check it out and estimate it before they called a flat price--so cool--with parts and labor included----CHEAPER FOR THE WHOLE JOB than another competing corp. company (RR) who charges time and a half just to walk in your door on a saturday---SO GLAD WE CALLED POWER PLUMBING INSTEAD! seriously though. i really like local businesses and supporting them. P.P. DOES IT RIGHT, WELL, AND NICELY TOO! quick, proper pricing, local, and so helpful! THIS IS MY PERSONAL REVIEW I USED IT ON: Yelp, Google, and BBB.

Had an emergency issue and Robbie addressed all my needs, although it was pricey for the somewhat simple fix he was more than able and willing to make things happen, he then sold me on the Krystal Klean water purification system which I hope I will love, move to come later. He was clean, courteous and kind they should be very pleased they have such a great employee.

I don't know if things have changed, but I used them years ago when my main drain backed up and my regular plumber was not available. The guy sold me this year plumbing plan saying that I would get a huge discount on the job and free video inspection of my pipes. He said I needed the video inspection because my main drain problem was serious and he was only able to just do a temporary fix, that within a year, it would be a serious problem. I never got the info about the program package I purchased and I have not had a main drain problem again in 7 years. . . obviously NOT a major issue!

Noticed my water heater leaking at 11:30 this morning. It's Friday, two days before Christmas, and I'm in full panic mode. Called Power Plumbing and was told that they could have someone out TODAY to replace my water heater! They arrived at 4pm and got it done in time to do the dinner dishes and some laundry before I went to bed. I even got a coupon for a future service. Very courteous and clean. I have used them before and will continue to use them in the future.

I had worked for this company for a number of years before having to leave for uncontrolable circumstances in life. Though am honered to have been given the opportunity to have worked under the supervision of Tim Person who has been one of the most well educated plumbers that I have ever worked for or met as well as a thoughtfull and kind man. For anyone looking for a company ran by honest and well educated people- I would highly recommend them.
