Scott,I just wanted to tell you how wonderful your staff is and how much I

appreciate all that they do to make my life easier. Wendy helped me

straighten out a few things with my auto today that I could not clear up by

myself. Of course Brittany is always wonderful too! Lisa always has an

answer for some clients I have referred as well as keeping Jeff caught up

with his liability insurance. Jessica answers the phone so kindly and has

been able to answer questions for me when someone else is out of the office.

She is a gem! And then there is you, who helped me figure out my life and

medical insurance policies. I am so grateful for your counsel. I know when

I call or email anyone in your company that I will get a timely and
