This was such a great experience working with Andrew and his Technician, Josh. I got a call when to expect Josh. He only took one hour to return to the shop for parts and for lunch and was back at it at 1pm until 4 pm, when he took time to write up the invoice. After explaining a variety of things that he did, how I should turn the main water valve etc.. I was very appreciative their fair pricing, professionalism and great attitudes.

Sewage backing up in toilet. Other plumber called and never showed up. Called Andrew and showed up within two hours. Able to identify problem area, cleared the blockage and even gave excellent advice for future plumbing repairs to prevent problem from re-occuring with out the pressured up-sale. Reasonably priced and professional. We will continue to use AVG for our future plumbing needs! Thanks!

We had raw sewage in our bathtub and none of the toilets were working. Andrew came out within an hour after calling and helped us out in a big way. Good response time and fair prices. I will definitely call again if I need a plumber.
