Rude and unbelievable unfriendly company I ever had to deal with. They did not want me to inspect the delivery and try to force me to sign it as delivered before they show me the pallet. They got subcontract from Roadrunner so I called Roadrunner and they told me that I was right and they have to show me the palette before I have to sign. Roadrunner tried to call them and "Jose" the manager was not available for the Roadrunner support person. I don't understand how this kind of company can stay in business. I will also file complaint at the Better Business Bureau and warn everyone about this company. Be nice if they spoke English! I needed a container hauled and could not get this past the person who answered the phone.
