I have never before lived in a place as wonderful as this. Been here over a year now, and - management is helpful, maintenance is lightning-fast, capable and kind, and the other tenants are friendly, sociable and actual *neighbors*. I can't tell you how fortunate I feel to live in such a beautiful place. Apartments are clean and well-maintained, perfect landscaping, a river runs through it with *ducks* on it (and ducklings in the spring), and there is a large, heated swimming pool and hot tub. I don't use the tennis courts (as I'm disabled), but they are present and well-maintained. Everyone has been very kind to me. I like it so well here that I'm in the process of moving from a studio ($750/575sq.ft.) to a one-bedroom ($998/700 sq.ft.). I can't over-emphasize what a beautiful place this is to live. I'd recommend it to anyone. And ParaTransit comes regularly, as well as being very near the Flex Shuttle stop, a grocery store, a Walgreen's, and all kinds of food and public transit.

I've stayed here for a month and glad to get up out of here. The management is ridiculously rude and unproffesional. No work ethics whatsoever and a lack of customer service. All they really care about is the money. It's hard to live at a place where you don't get along with the management. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I've lived here for a month and they didn't want to get me my deposit back even though everything is in pristine condition. The parking is horrible as well. Too much pollen that gets stuck in the car. Also, the office staff don't notify you when your package comes and they always "seem to lose it". It's a little shady in this apartments. It's not as nice as it looks and they don't maintain it well. I would not recommend this place to anybody. It's a big regret. You can do a lot better.
