Dear customer,
Office Depot in San Leandro is the location showing in your picture. It might have been homedepot you were at. I think that could be where you did your shopping when you experienced your review that you commented about in your review.
Officedepot thats pictured in your review since Officedepot has no self check out registers.
I honestly think all Officedepot locations across the country are staffed with live associates, no self check out I've heard about at Officedepot's
I Definitely assure you there's not
one at San Leandro Officedepot guaranteed.
However, Homedepot next store does several.
We're next door to them, so it's easy to get Homedepot confuse with Office Depot with us having two signs; 1 facing the freeway on the building next to Homedepot. The 2nd faces Davis St. Across the street from Costco.
Mistakes happen, I can assure you your experience with officedepot will be much different then HomeDepot.
Officedepot faces across the street from Costco. We're at 1933 Davis St #105, 94577. Here right in the front facing Davis Street, right off 880 in San Leandro next to Carpinteria Flooring, If your parking near Homedepot, walk or drive to the right, our entrance is a few steps around the corner of the right of the building,
Just a few feet away, you'll find we fix computers, sale thousands of office stationary and assorted supplies. We also offer fast, Free, next day shipping when ordered from inside the store before 3pm. mon-fri deliver on nearly all items (some restrictions on furniture, etc. may apply)
We carry a wide selection of desk chairs, desks/furniture, eelectronics, computers, and a full print and copy dept that's able make absolutely all you need for work and home.
From Signs, banners, business cards to books, custom stamps or unlimited printing for menu's, pics, posters and blueprints, you want it, we can make it.
Sincerely,
Thank you

Aquilla, the worst manager yet

So after reading the first review I was very hesitant to go to this location, but I figured I knew what I wanted so I would get it and leave. Upon entering the store I went to the aisle where my merchandise was located. Although I was going up and down the aisle, never once did the worker ask if I needed any assistance nor did he acknowledge my existance. When going to the self checkout, the item I picked out wouldn't scan. So I pressed the "Item won't scan" button. And walked over to the person, who's name I found out was Aquilla, for help. She typed something on her computer and then tells me I just cleared the screen, go scan it. I told her the scanner wasn't picking up the UPC scan bar, I can't scan it. Upon which she got irritated, typed something else on her computer and then threw down the item on the shelf where you are supposed to bag the item and was like, "there you go," and walked away, when clearly had my hand out for her to give the item to me. The ignorant girl didn't even put it in the bag that was right there. I later find out the Aquilla is one of the managers. Wow! If this is the type of person that ALL Home Depot stores promote looks like I won't be frequenting any. She the worst and most ignorant "manager" I have ever come across in my years of shopping.

The worst of the Worst

When will this horrible box chain go out of business? I went there because I had the choice of going to Wal Mart or Home Depot to buy some restock supplies for my Bissell Spot Bot, and I thought to myself, well which one is the lesser of two evils, and I gave Home Depot the benefit of the doubt, but yet once again. Bam! proved wrong again. Not only do the people tyhat work their not give a poo, or want to help you, they give information that's so useless, I could give better information never being in the store in my life to the location of things. The are constatly out of stock on anything I need and asking about when /if they will get resotcked is greeted by a "I don't care, why should you attitude"
