Spent hours to get to the closest official cummins dealer and lost several profitable work days to be there.
They didn't even touch my generator.
Wasted my whole day because the rep didn't wanna bother on a Friday. Guess they rather I waste my day sitting around than be honest about it. Hope he enjoyed his 2+hr lunch break. What's the point of an appointment?
