I ordered 4 pizzas for my party last week and not only were they made perfectly, but right out of the oven when I got there to pick them up. The staff was super helpful and I have met the owner and he is very friendly and attentive to customers. Their pizza crust is the best - my mom ate 4 pieces !! Try it again - you may be happily surprised.

I have been a loyal customer of Angelina���s for the last 17 years and have always enjoyed the food and the staff until Monday, November 27, 2007 when I experienced the rudest, most immature, verbally abusive delivery person/manager. I called to order a pizza and to my surprise was told by the girl who answered the phone that my pizza was going to be free due a late arrival of my last order. I then placed my order, thanked her and hung up. About an hour and 15 minutes went by so I called back to check the delivery status, at first she said oh he���ll be there any minute I said okay perfect I���m starving! Then she asked if my address was on 150th street; I said oh no that���s the wrong address, she put me on hold then told me they no longer delivered to my address. Needless to say I was shocked and asked to speak to a manager she said there was no manager working then put the delivery guy on the phone/Paul. I said I���m not sure why she wants me to talk to you, but maybe you could explain what���s going on. He said he was not going to deliver my pizza that he no longer delivered to my area and I asked since when??? That���s when he started raising his voice telling me he had called but no one answered; I said that was not true to which he replied in a very rude manner ���look lady I am busy and I don���t have time for this���; again I asked to speak to the manager and he said ���I am the manager so lose our number and don���t call back here��� and hung up on me! I called back and spoke to the same girl that took my order and asked for the owner���s name she told me Ali, I asked for his last name she told me she didn���t know it then I asked when he���d be in she said I don���t know; clearly by now I was fed up and said don���t be coy with me! About ten minutes go by and I get a call back from Paul the delivery guy/manager yelling asking why I called this girl a B; I said what are nuts or something; I never called her a B. Obviously she didn���t know what coy meant = (annoyingly reluctant to make a commitment or to divulge something) so she assumed it was something bad. Now it really gets good; he screaming at me to stop calling and harassing her and that he���s going to sue me. I said sue me, you���re the one calling harassing me; he is still yelling stop calling here. I said look; I���m calling to speak to the owner/Ali tomorrow, Paul is still yelling telling me to go ahead and call the owner who cares; Ali won���t believe me and that I am a liar. I said clearly you are very young and have no clue how to speak to customers properly. Well that made him even angrier; now he���s yelling even louder; you don���t now how old I am lady blah, blah, blah, again he is yelling don���t ever call back here. This was not only harassment but it was verbally abusive as well ��� I nor any other customer should not be treated this way and it is certainly no way to run a business.
