Inspirational and motivating Yoga



I thought I had found a great Yoga place and then along comes an even greater one. I am the type of person who loves the Yin or slower meditative yoga. I really could not find a class that totally fulfilled my needs - until now.



I have met the most wonderful and Inspiring two ladies Michelly and Tricia. They are the real deal - very calm and my family and I just talk about how Inspiring they have been at every single class that we have taken.



Tricia has the most wonderful and powerful words to say at every class and the phrase that's sticks in my mind goes like this.........Good things happen to people who do Yoga.........and its so true. When my mind is calmer through my Yoga practice - I have attracted much more into my life. It is like a new open pathway has been created for wonderful things.



I have the most respect for these two amazing ladies and their new business and would like to help others to attract good things in their life. The have a special promotion on and I encourage everyone to have the best two weeks of their lives by trying it out - especially the Yin class - I think I need this class every day :))
