After many years of owning and running my rental properties I decided it was finally time to hire someone to do the things I just didn't want to deal with anymore. I tried a few companies for a while and ended up with Valley Management. They are a great team to work with and know how to get the job done. I highly recommend them for any professional management need.

This company has been professional and considerate from the moment we viewed the house to today. We have been in our home for a year and resigned with them because of their commitment to taking care of both the renter and the homeowner. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I found a great rental thanks to help from Valley Management. If I need to move to another place in the bay area I will use them again. They are very professional and responsive.

Its only been 2 years since I moved here and I have no complaints. Everything is done when I ask them to, or even upkeep and maintenance is always taken care of. They truly care about my needs and concerns being handled accordingly. My rent has failed to ever go up randomly, but these guys really do everything professionally and respectably just as every other management group should.
