My dear Bay Area friends, I had to leave this her with a star because we know how the business can suffer from it but most unprofessional service and his machine I've ever bought !!!! This person sold me a broken hoshizaki ice machine for $1000. He made a few ice before I came to pick it up, when I got there, he turned on the machine to show me its working. However, the machine stopped making ice and giving me 2beeping sounds on the first day my shop opened for business. He came to add Freon and charged me $120, right after he left about 1.5hrs, the machine stopped running with 2times beeping sounds again, he stopped again and told me I need to change the computer board for $500 bucks. I asked if he could half of the responsibilities to fix it, since he promised a 30 days warranty, obviously you tested it at yours for only a few minutes to make sure it was running, but it doesn’t mean it can keep MAKING ICE FOR A DAY!!!!!!!!! Now this machine can only run for 1 hour and stopped with 2 times beeping sound. I contacted this person and ask him to take a look. He said he got no time. I honestly don’t recommend this person and his company for any services nor purchasing machines from him. They are big LIAR selling broken machine, can ‘t keep their promise!!! He just want your cash and then walk away!!!!!!
