Have always had a good experience - questions are always answered on time, and give useful information. Thank you for being so helpful. What I really appreciated, was one time they gave me bad news about my car, but at least they didn't start any major work. Great Shop!

ALWAYS SATISFIED. Been coming here for at least ten years. Never had a problem with this shop. They give me a loaner if available, and always are priced right.

I am treated with dignity, respect and the truth when I go to Michael & Co. I took my vintage 92 T-Bird to a national firm and they created another problem that had nothing to do with fixing the problem I took it in for in the first place. Anyway, I took it back to Michael & Co and they were able to fix both problems. I couldn't ask for a better mechanic.

The car was repaired properly and come back in excellent condition. Communication was prompt and appreciated. Overall, I love what they do here a Michael & Co, which is why I've been a loyal customer for years.

What I really like is that the work is done promptly and there is no push to have unnecessary work done. I feel confident in the work being done correctly, honestly, and fairly. That's why I am a return customer.

I rated Michael & Co 5 stars because the person I spoke to gave me an estimate, then said my car would be ready today by early afternoon. At 1:30 PM my phone rang - my car was finished and ready to go. They not only fixed what he said he'd fix, but did other things like checking the pressure in my tires and adjusted the balance on them. They did an excellent job on my car. Thank you!

I am the owner of an "elderly" Saturn wagon, I want to keep it as long as possible. My friend advised me that Michael's was the best place to use for my car's upkeep. I am very satisfied with the service I have received. A major problem was found by the Michael's mechanics which had not been discovered in another shop which had done a lube and oil change previously on my car. I appreciate the frank discussions I've had with the service representatives as they evaluate my car.
