This is NOT the place to raise a family. Number 1...nowhere for them to play.... Number 2..they have an occasional rat running around the property..(at night) told management about it and they said they wouldn't do anything, because it's a green building...you know saving the planet ..that sort of thing LOL...anyway...Number 3..The laundry room machines don't work well at all...always breaking down! The reason is because people keep using powder instead of liquid for washing the clothing. There were signs on the walls telling them to use only liquid soap and you would go in and fine a machine or 2 broken and see powder in the tray. Funny thing is that liquid soap isn't that much more. And another thing is it's so expensive to wash, and because of the machines always being broken, it's damaged the machines and your clothing is never clean enough. I had to move to get clean clothes! .Number 4...They come in your apt. all the time! There is always some reason to enter...No privacy!
