I had no idea that a Ford dealership could be so good. I would definitely give them 10 stars here if I could.

We made an appointment the appointment was honored the rep was kind and courteous, very good experience I dont see a down side.

We had an excellent car buying experience at Capitol Ford. Salesman Omar Omari spent ample time with us test driving several vehicles and provided us with comprehensive knowledgeable service. Thank you to Capitol Ford and Omar, we love our new car! We will definitely be back for service and future purchases.

Mr. Gary Sidhu is an excellent salesman, he is very professional in the work he does, very customer focus and helpful. I would recommend to go to him to buy cars/truck when going to Capitol Expressway Ford in San Jose,Ca.

We came in to capitol ford just to look at a 2013 mustang and planned to leave without buying it. Lucky for us we ran into Eddie Gonzalez who was a very pleasent, sincere and honest. He was very patient and showed us all our options. We never felt pressured to buy we felt well informed and that helped us decide to buy. When I went to Ford I was greeted by Saidu. He was an excellent sales associate and really helped me narrow down what I wanted vs. what I needed. He was not pushy and was very knowledgeable. If you are looking for a car, ask for Saidu at Capitol Ford!

Later, I decided to unexpectedly return to the dealership Saidu had already went home for the day; however the staff there called him and he quickly returned to dealership to work with me. I had a hard time making the commitment; the whole team was extremely patient and kind. I never felt pressured or forced into anything. The Sales Manager Walter was extremely nice and patient. Walter really met a lot of my bottom lines which was an amazing feeling. During the negations my Sales Representative Saidu stayed and was in my corner.By the time I finished the deal and paperwork they were closed; however their team stayed around and took the time to go over all the features of my new Edge. I cant even express in words how amazing the Sales team is at Capitol Expressway Ford. If you need to buy a car, stop by and give them a chance.

Last year i went ahead and traded my white mazda for a silver ford fusion and the best thing about all this was that i was able to get the car i wanted and for a less price/ and less interest !! i would definetely go back and buy another car and i would definetely still go back to Raymond as my salesperson he was a very loyal and funny person. As well as caring in regards to all the interest that i liked not what the car all ready had inside of it. Two Thumbs up to Capitol Expressway FORD!:)
