We have used them for several years and haven't had many issues with reliability. There have been some occassions where they didn't show up to service a porto-potty and we had to call. They would always have some reason like bad weather, not being able to access because of locked gates, muddy roads etc. They could be more proactive in calling the customer to let them know why they didn't service and when they will be able to do it. But they are always really nice and give credits when they are at fault. They are cheaper than United. Haven't tried any other services besides porta-pottys.

This is the first company I've actually been angry enough at to take my time to actually write a review. I'm actually on the phone with the owner right now and this is the most unpleasant experience I've ever had. He's waiving charges to appease me but that doesn't change the fact that EVERY time I call and try to have things picked up, even try to schedule a specific date two or three days in advance, they just blow it off and don't show. We had a toilet sitting on a site for a whole month once after it had been taken off rent. The only thing they can tell me is that they're so shocked that i'm having issues because they've never had these issues with anyone before, blah blah blah. And this is a direct quote from the owner: "I'm apologizing even though I shouldn't have to." We've used them for three of our jobs in Palo Alto and they have been nothing but difficult. I don't think we've ever had something picked up or dropped off on time. If you want a cheap place, they're the company to use but I'm finding the headaches just aren't worth it...
